According to a report from BigGovernment.com, while 35 counties have missed deadlines to send absentee ballots to troops who are fighting for the freedoms we enjoy as Americans, prisoners who are incarcerated in Cook County are having much less trouble getting ballots. In fact, their absentee ballots are being hand-delivered to them!

The 2,600 inmates in Cook County appear to have been given far more consideration than the 2,600 soldiers from Illinois overseas.
