Because there were two more defendants added to the group of 10 already in court...the new attorneys say they need time to review the 85,000 documents and to add other documents in defense of the new defendants. The Judge has scheduled a "Status Hearing" for March 15, 2010 back at the Federal Court in Sacramento.
