U.S., South Korea, Ready for Attack
By Harold Hutchison

The United States and South Korea are keeping a close eye on North Korea as tensions remain high during the latest standoff. Japan has also moved anti-missile batteries to various locations as well.

This comes as a North Korean dissident provided some insight into the mind of North Korea’s mysterious leader, Kim Jong Un. "Kim Jong Un is too young and too inexperienced. He's struggling to gain complete control over the military and to win their loyalty,'' Kim Hyun Hee, a North Korean operative who was brainwashed into planting a bomb on an airliner that killed 115 people when it detonated while the plane was in flight, told Australia’s ABC.

"North Korea is using its nuclear program to keep its people in line and to push South Korea and the United States for concessions,” the dissident added.

Meanwhile, North Korea continued to make threats, with a propaganda outlet saying, “Once we push the button, it will be fired, and the strongholds of our enemies will be turned to a sea of flames.''
