A Saudi citizen has been arrested in Texas on charges of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.

The Saudi, legally in the United States on a student visa, has made a number of posts, according to a report from TheBlaze.com. One of them said, "It is war … until the infidels leave defeated."

A chemical company in North Carolina reported purchases made by Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari, triggering a federal investigation that uncovered the posts.

Aldawsawri's writings listed a dozen reservoir dams as possible targets, along with the home of former President George W. Bush.

Aldasawri could face a life sentence if convicted on the charges.
