Horrific attacks in Pakistan and Kenya

A pair of terrorist attacks over the weekend left dozens dead. The attacks in Kenya and Pakistan came over this past weekend.
In Kenya, 10-15 gunmen attacked the Westlake Mall in Nairobi, Kenya. The gunmen, three of whom were claimed to be Americans by al-Shabab, proceeded to allow Muslims to leave while carrying out their attack that left at least 68 people dead. They also took hostages, and triggered a standoff.
In Pakistan, a Christian church in Peshawar was hit by two murder-suicide bombers, killing over 80 people. At least 120 people were wounded, and according to one media report, many of the wounded are in critical condition.
