Targets Late Sniper Chris Kyle
By Harold Hutchison
Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura’s lawsuit against the late Chris Kyle will be allowed to proceed, a federal judge has ruled. The suit stems from Kyle’s claim in his book, American Sniper, that he decked Ventura after the former governor bad-mouthed Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Kyle, who had over 160 confirmed sniper kills, was killed by a veteran suffering from PTSD at a firing range in February. His widow has been named as a defendant in place of her dead husband.
SOF publisher Robert K. Brown said in response to the ruling, “What a disgusting piece of shit.”
