FBI Releases Suspect
By Harold Hutchison
The FBI has released the suspect in the mailing of letters laced with ricin to Senator Roger Wicker and Barack Obama. Paul Kevin Curtis was initially taken into custody as a suspect.
The letters were revealed during the hunt for the suspects in the bombing that killed three people near the finish line of the Boston Marathon. The letters were intercepted at off-site screening locations.
His attorney raised the possibility that he may have been framed. A planned hearing involving his detention was cancelled 90 minutes after it was supposed to happen.
