Taliban Leaders Killed in Two Provinces

ISAF confirmed that two more Taliban leaders were killed during operations in Afghanistan. One Taliban leader was killed in Kunduz province in the north, while a second was killed in Logar province.
Abdul Qahar was a Taliban leader in Kunduz province who coordinated attacks against coalition forces. He and a second insurgent were killed in a precision strike carried out by coalition forces. Ikleel was responsible for supplying insurgent forces with weapons and also carried out attacks against ISAF forces. He died during a security operation.
Two other insurgents were killed during operations in Afghanistan, and six others were captured.
