AT 7:00 AM, FRIDAY ON OCTOBER 15, 2010, HUNDREDS WILL GATHER ON AT THE WEST STEPS OF THE CA STATE CAPITOL BLDG AND MARCH TO THE FEDERAL COURT IN PROTEST OF “OUTRAGEOUS GOVERNMENT CONDUCT”* IN THE HMONG CASE THAT IS BEING HEARD BEFORE FEDERAL JUDGE DAMRELL… THEY WILL ASK THAT THE CASE BE IMMDEIATELY THROWN OUT OF THE FEDERAL COURT.
*Outrageous Government Conduct includes lying and misleading statements by a federal agent and US Government Agencies. The court has already dropped charges for lack of evidence for the main defendant, Hmong General, Vang Pao.
These heroic men deserve better treatment by the American government. The Hmong fought, gave up their country, and lost hundreds of thousands of friends and family members killed by the Laotian Communist Government. As a result, the Hmong people in Laos paid for their involvement by losing 10% of their entire population, this number would be equal to America losing 17 Million soldiers in the Vietnam War. Then, their leader, General Vang Pao was falsely arrested (with 11 others) in a United States Government Sting Operation...and then he was released (as it should happen for others) because of a lack of evidence!
