Sharyl Attkisson, the CBS reporter who has been investigation Operation Fast & Furious, the botch ATF gun trafficking investigation that lead to the death of Customs and Border Protection agent Brian Terry, and the 11 September, 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi that left four Americans dead, has reported that her computers have been compromised.
“I can confirm that an intrusion of my computers has been under some investigation on my end for some months but I'm not prepared to make an allegation against a specific entity today as I've been patient and methodical about this matter,” Attkisson told Politico.com.
According to a report by Breitbart News, Attkisson has been frozen out by the White House, and speculation around her job has grown.
