Major Strikes Hit Targets in Syria

In a series of strikes across Syria, the United States hit targets tied to the Islamic State and another, shadowy terrorist group. The strikes came hours after the Islamic State issued new threats.


The TUNDRA is a dry suppressor, but can also be used with a small amount of coolant for even greater flash and sound reduction. The Devil's Brigade, The Canadian Black Devils

. The 1st Special Service Force (also called The Devil's Brigade, The Black Devils, The Black Devils' Brigade, and Freddie's Freighters), was an elite American-Canadian commando unit in World War II. The unit was organized in 1942 and trained at Fort William Henry Harrison near Helena, Montana in the United States. It fought in the Aleutian Islands, Italy, and southern France before being disbanded in December 1944.

U.S. Marines and Sailors with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 2d Marine Regiment, conduct multiple security patrols in the area of Haji Tahir Estates, Helmand province, Afghanistan, from 9 to 13 September, 2014. Patrols are conducted to disrupt enemy operations against Bastion-Leatherneck complex.


France, United States Targeted

The Islamic State, recently hit by airstrikes by both the United States and France, has now called for attacks to be carried out against those countries. The calls come after Congress approved a program to arm and assist Syrian opposition forces.

According to multiple reports, the threats from the Islamic State were made in a recording made by a spokesman for the terrorist group, Abu Muhammad al-Adnani. In the statement, al-Adnani told followers of the group to “kill a disbelieving American or European -- especially the spiteful and filthy French -- or an Australian, or a Canadian or any other disbeliever ... including the citizens of the countries that entered into a coalition against the Islamic State, then rely upon Allah, and kill him.”


Russia Moves to Dominate Arctic

Planned joint exercises between the United States, Canada, and Russia are off in the wake of increased tensions between Russia and NATO. The increasing tensions could spark a major effort to secure control of the potentially strategic region.

Buzzed by F18's at Death Valley

While on a roadtrip across country two dorks randomly out exploring on a ridge with no clue are surprised by two F18's during training in Death Valley. At the time we had no idea the spot was a regular training area. I literally had just stopped to get a shot of the canyon and some quick video of the rocks at the beginning of the video.
Definitely an incredible experience, like double rainbows or something.... Yes... I lost it...

Mount Huashan is the most dangerous, terrifying hikes In the world.The paths have been reinforced due to a recent influx of tourists, but they are nonetheless dangerous, and carry a reputation for fatal falls. Although no official statistics are kept, some say that the number may be as much as about 100 fatal falls a year. Some of the more dangerous parts of the trails have names like Thousand-Foot Precipice, Hundred-Foot Crevice and Black Dragon Ridge.
