Michael E. Horowitz, the Justice Department’s inspector general who last week turned over his report on Operation Fast and Furious to Justice officials and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, has been asked to appear before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform next month.
