If True, It’s Way Overdue!

Attorney General Eric Holder’s recent comments in an interview indicate that one of the worst to ever hold that position may be finally leaving office. His departure would end a tenure during which Operation Fast & Furious happened on his watch. The failed operation lead to the deaths of a Customs and Border Patrol agent and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent.
According to media reports, Holder made the comments during an interview with the New Yorker. Holder’s tenure has included the whitewashing of scandals, including voter intimidation by the New Black Panthers in the 2008 election. Holder has been held in contempt of Congress for stonewalling an investigation into Operation Fast and Furious.
No matter when Holder leaves office, he will have been in that position of responsibility too long.
