Is Santorum wrong, or just the headline?

Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum will appear today in Olympia and this evening at a free event in Tacoma, and the headline in today’s Tacoma News Tribune says the former Pennsylvania senator “plans aggressive strategy against Romney.”

It’s the kind of logic that delights Puget Sound liberals because Santorum and Romney should both be concentrating on aggressive strategies against Barack Obama.
