FORT HOOD SHOOTER: I WAS DEFENDING TALIBAN
Accused Shooter Representing Himself
By Harold Hutchison
Nidal Hasan, accused of carrying out a mass shooting in Fort Hood, Texas, will not only represent himself at his trial, but is now claiming he carried out the shooting in order to defend Taliban leaders.
According to a Reuters report, Hasan made those admissions to the presiding judge. Hasan is facing 13 counts of murder related to the attack. The Obama Administration has categorized the shooting as “workplace violence” and not terrorism.
Will these revelations prompt the Obama Administration to re-think that designation, or will political correctness continue to take hold?
