Federal trial in New Orleans underscores SAF/NRA post-Katrina lawsuit

A federal criminal trial going on this week in New Orleans may eventually reinforce the Bellevue-based Second Amendment Foundation’s justification for filing a lawsuit against the city in the days following Hurricane Katrina to stop the illegal police confiscation of privately-owned firearms.
