Does IG report scapegoat Fast & Furious?

CBS News is reporting that the draft Inspector General’s report on Operation Fast and Furious points blaming fingers at officials with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Phoenix, along with former Arizona U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke and former acting ATF Director Kenneth Melson.
