Debate is raging in the Obama Administration over whether or not to release a photo of the body of Usama bin Laden, the leader of al-Qaeda, who was killed by U.S. Navy SEALs on 1 May.

ABCNews.com reported that both Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton are advising against the release of the photo, which is reportedly graphic.

However, FoxNews.com quoted CIA Director Leon Panetta as saying that the photo would ultimately be released.
