Canadian troops were deployed to Afghanistan after 9-11 when the War on Terror was launched in what became the largest combat mission for Canadian troops since Korea. 158 died and 2000 were wounded. This action video was compiled with footage from the battlefields and with contributions from the deployed troops and is worth the watch. The Canadian mission has wound down. SOF published articles in the last decade of Canadians in action and we want to thank all our Canadian warriors who fought alongside our troops. For all those who died, R.I.P brothers and for all those wounded and families who grieve the fallen thank you for your sacrifice. This video is part of the recent series honoring the Canadian troopers.
