Mitt Romney, speaking at the 2012 NRA Annual Meeting in St. Louis, Missouri, discussed Operation Fast and Furious, the BATFE operation that allowed over a thousand guns to fall into the hands of Mexican drug cartels.

“I applaud Congressman Issa and Senator Grassley for their work in exposing the “Fast and Furious” scandal. And I applaud NRA leadership for being among the first and most vocal in calling upon Attorney General Holder to resign,” he said in his speech.
