Bellevue bar shooting exemplifies system breakdown

It is not entirely clear why Ja’mari Alexander Alan Jones is identified as the suspect in the early Monday fatal shooting at Bellevue Square’s Mirror Lounge at Munchbar, but it is clear to a number of Seattle Times readers that he is a poster child for a broken judicial and corrections system.
