Questioning Turns Deadly

An acquaintance of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of the suspects in the 15 April, 2013 bombing at the Boston Marathon, was killed by an FBI agent after questioning turned deadly.
Ibragim Todashev reportedly attacked the FBI agent after he was questioned in connection with the investigation into the bombing. “The agent, two Massachusetts State Police troopers, and other law enforcement personnel were interviewing an individual in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing investigation when a violent confrontation was initiated by the individual,” an FBI statement said.
The FBI agent was wounded in the confrontation. Todashev had reportedly admitted to involvement in a 2011 triple murder that remains unsolved. The older Tsarnaev brother is possible suspects in the triple murder.
